I am proud to be championing for the cause started by the Challenger Miracle Field Project of Greater Rochester and their goal of providing kids and adults with disabilities the opportunity to play America's favorite past time - BASEBALL! Challenger Miracle Field is specifically designed for individuals with physical and/or cognitive challenges.
Challenger Miracle Field Hits Home For Me
Due to my injury in 2011, mobility is now a daily struggle for me, so when I heard about the Challenger Miracle Field I knew it was my calling to serve and champion for these kids and this great organization. Where I grew up it was not uncommon to see people with walkers, wheel chairs, canes and even blind people moving up and down the sidewalk in New York City. I notice that accessibility for people with different abilities seems to be left out of many things. It is time for me to use my platform to spread the message and challenge my family, friends, fans, followers and colleagues to take a minute and help out!

Challenger Miracle Field of Greater Rochester provides people with developmental, physical or intellectual disabilities a barrier-free, safe, accessible place to experience the health benefits and joy of play through baseball, other team sports, and adaptive recreational equipment.

I am very excited about my partnership with the Team at Hobby DB to sell selected diecast Challengers from my collection for the benefit of kids and adults in the Challenger Baseball league. 100% of the proceeds will go to the Challenger Miracle Field of Greater Rochester Foundation.
